The business owners have no bloody idea of how ridiculous they are looking being pig-ignorant about British laws. As a business owner myself, I would be delighted to have a PINAC auditor to visit me and make a video of my company. It's so interesting to see decades-old film of industrial places as this will be many decades from now.
Yes, these gormless business owners are really missing a trick. Free publicity and advertising and a chance to have a professional high quality aerial footage of your company. A chance to be proud of your work place.
Exactly. And even if they don't want to talk about what they do or give a tour etc. they can still act professionally, friendly, with common curtesy and decency. "Sorry mate I can't tell you anything about what our company does/company policy is to not talk to the press etc." and just leave it at that, with a friendly smile, offer them a drink. Make your company look good regardless of what limitations there are for interaction.
Do these people know literally nothing about public relations? It's an extremely basic and easy to understand concept, just be polite and friendly at all times. Yet these big brain directors and workers often imply the auditor is a loser/get a job/it's illegal/not allowed etc., when they are in fact too stupid to understand basic tenants of social media and PR.

Online report to the police being submitted regarding driving while using a mobile device. I have linked the video description and youtube code to the report. Video is saved in case it gets taken down. These entitled people who do not know the law must be dealt with firmly to protect our civil rights of freedom and of photography. The video show the car reg very clearly and the use of the mobile. Keep doing you BP. 🙌

Eastfield Rd is classed as open and mixed maintenance up to the entrance to the house and the back gate. So, not private property at all. Great video again mate!

@lurch_27 That’s not a reliable method to determine if land is private. It’s not uncommon for Google streetview cars to go on private land if there’s no barrier, for example check your local supermarket car park, retail park etc. as streetview cars have driven around many of them. I’ve even seen imagery from one that was using a McDonald’s drive-thru lol.
After someone else in the comments here was convinced it was a public road, I checked the council’s maps and Highways Register, along with the boundaries shown on the land registry, and these credible sources confirmed that after the red gates it’s definitely private land.
How can anybody wearing sliders expect to be taken seriously?

Also what is the offence? According to the North Yorkshire Council website, that part of the road is private so they may be able to successfully claim they were using resonance force to remove a trespasser. Farb gel is definitely a good thing to have but it has to be used with extreme caution.
