This looks so much fun! Do you remember any of the prices for the workshop/activities? A few of us are planning on going next year and just looking to see what sort of spending money we'd need and can't find any prices online- cheers!
In the viking age 1100 years ago you would never see a woman with artificial dyed hair like green or this red colour that I saw here. It was simply impossible, and horned helmets were allready old fashioned. Horned helmets were used by the priests in the bronze age much earlier, but not by warriors.
I think horned helmets became associated with Vikings because of 19th century operas that needed dramatic clothing styles. People saw this and assumed they were historic, when of course they were not.
