Hi, is this beautiful Willow trimmed to show the lovely branches, or does it grow like this? Is there a lot of sap that come out of the flowers? We park on the street.
You have to trim some of the bottom branches to get it to look like this or it will look like a shrub. I never have to deal with sap from my desert willows.
Can I transplant a 2 yr old desert willow tree? Its about 6 ft tall. I'd do it when it was dormant, and cut it back to about 3 ft tall, and aim to get a good square foot of root ball...is that possible? Or would I kill it?
