I have this same Altima with awd. It replaced a 2020 Sentra. Like the Altima a lot more. Average 35 mpg. This is my fourth Nissan, less problems than previous Hondas and one Toyota.
People are so stuck on the cvt transmission. Every car that has the cvt had issues in the beginning. Now this car hasn’t had any issues with the cvt, I wish people would stop saying the same thing. Why do you think this car is 1 of the most popular rental cars, because it’s reliable and it’s a great car.
great review. i have the same altima 2023 sv with premium package that comes with sunroof too. same color, i realy enjoy driving it, great gas milage, very comfotable, people always a;ways compliment how nice it rides and smooth. i bought mine w 0 miles and now has 4k on it. nissan fan for life. i rather this then the sentra, more room!
Wonderful review. Bravo. I drive this car as a rental on the East Coast this summer and I loved it. The same trim, the SV. The only downside is it lacks a little power. Maybe rounded off to 200hp might have done the trick. What really amazes me is the fuel economy. It's a mid size car and got better mileage than my Toyota Corolla from 20 years ago. I didn't need a new car right now but I do loved driving if last summer and would love to go back to that experience again.
I rented this car recently and it was perfect for fuel economy (I did like 34 MPG) and it handled very good, the transmission was fine, very responsive. I didn't like the rearview camera though, because it was very dark, and also I missed auto climate control and especially adaptive cruise control and auto lane centering (it has vibration warning only)
i have that same model but i got the Premium Package 12 inch screen, sunroof, Pro Pilot Assist, heated seats that model there is way to basic for my needs.
@@703Speed For example. I bought my Peugeot 208 in 2019 for 78000 PLN. Today same configuration after inflation this year it cost 101000 PLN. 1$ = 4,10 PLN. But I'm comparing it to 1:1 money conversion. So yes cars in Europe are more expensive. I think that avarage American will save up money for a new car in around 30000$ in a year. Avarage Pole won't.
Es buenísimo yo tengo uno del 2016 y aún conduciendo como el primer día dos mantenimiento al año con su Aceite y no quiero otro carro que un Nissan Altima
It’s not just the driving characteristics. The jatco sourced CVT transmissions have absolutely horrendous reliability. They’re so poorly designed you can’t even find a company that rebuilds them. You just have to buy a new one.
@@CapELarryabsolutely false. Jatco reliability is the same as every other major transmission company. Jatco’s last major issue was in 2013. The software update corrected the issues. In 2013-2015, Honda also had major cvt issues that were corrected. In 2014-2017, Subaru had major cvt issues that were corrected. In 2017, Toyota had a major cvt issue and were promptly fixed. No cvt manufacturer has issues now. You’re commenting ignorance and false information. All manufacturers replace the full cvt. This is for customer satisfaction and to reduce the chance of more failures.
Good review as always bro and also I would love to buy this car with this color of course.
Now it's literally my 1st Nissan Altima to buy.

Are you serious? It's a fkn Fiat
Its a fact Altima is very popular with rental companies so they wont have a fleet with transmission issue
Great review! Looking to purchase one of these and you were very thorough, thank you for that!

Best review for Altima on UA-cam
Wow. Thank you!

Adaptive cruise control and dual zone climate is available on SL and SR VC turbo trims
I have this car and it is very nice 👌. Runs like a charm.
$30,630 for a fully-loaded Altima is a pretty good deal IMHO. I certainly would be very contented considering I also get Big Altima Energy with that.
👍🏻👍🏻 I think you get a lot of car for the money. Is it as good as a Camry or accord? Probably not. But it's priced right for what you get.
Great video👍🏽

Thank you for this video!!!
I wish Europe had such cheap new cars in 1:1 money conversion. Great review as always. Greetings
Thank you! Are cars more expensive in Europe?

Crazy!!
Does the same go for rest of Europe?
What about Germany? Uk? Sweden?
I think those are pretty good place to own a car ?
@@faridayasmin8224 Everywhere in Europe is similarly situation with new cars. But here in Poland is the most noticeable.

Looking into SV with premium package, CVT is not an issue for me

I hope it doesn't come to that, I'm looking into leasing a car. all other cars in a segment are insanely expensive @@CapELarry

I have one great car 60k no issues
Got mine for 26
Good looking exterior. Good value for $28,000.
Muchos dealer se quedan con los accesorios
They transmission go out too fast for me
when did yours go out
Car with engine n cvt that won't make it to 100k miles
Hi
The Altima's main and biggest customer base are people with bad credit and "Edgars". How can they afford the $28K now? LOL.
Lol
Damn I have good credit and not a Edgar lol with the right warranty why not purchase one for its price and features
"Edgar's" don't ya mean "La'Vondre's" ??? Lol
Nice car except for the CVT drive train.
Nearly every manufacturer uses a cvt in one vehicle or another. There’s absolutely no issues with modern cvts.
You loose your money because of transmission CVT fake, not good car
Stop commenting false information you fool.
It's lose.....go back to spelling class
And what you said is false....
Your knowledge is dated. You just need to change your transmission fluid every 30K and that CVT will be problem free.
