    Firstly, God Bless you, Alex, for your commitment to this. Secondly, thanks for that first messy middle point. We are putting up our new funnel, and we may need to brace ourselves for this as a team.
    We have seen sales take longer to convert and customers saying they have been in our pipeline longer than they used to be. Thanks for helping us see the trend. You have been pointing out that the cold touch points are expanding. Could it be that we (a) bombarding them with more media so they are going through more touch points in a shorter space of time, (b) they are just taking longer to warm up to us or (c) this is just the natural adoption curve and as we are growing they we are drilling into the market that takes longer?

    In those 48 days, we are also saving money for what we're really interested in, which takes longer to do since the value of the dollar has been dwindling. Hopefully it'll get better within the next 4 years. 😊

    Can't buy into the linear sales concept when the messy middle has been evolving for decades. The messier the middle, the less linear it's become. You can always go back and say it's all still linear, but if so, you ignore the messy middle which is literally the opposite. Oh, it starts linear, hits rhe messy middle, and then comes out to finish as linear on the other side, so that makes it all linear? Looking more like a cluster-something-or-other.
