This turned out beautifully! Thanks for sharing. I've never been much of a journal-er, but this definitely made me consider it. I love how the flowers turned out on the black background, and the lettering is just perfect!
I'm so glad that you gave it a try! I love the art journal as a place to play and just get my thoughts out. It can be as personal or public as you like it to be. The nice thing is that it's a place to experiment and often the techniques I play with in my art journal end up on cards or canvas projects. Usually in my UA-cam I show a lot more finished projects, you don't see some of the weird and wonderful things that I experiment with. Some of them work and some of them don't, but that's the ok, it's the point of an art journal process!
I absolutely love this technique and would love to try on a canvas! I really liked your choices of color and stencil is a cool effect also. Thanks for getting my creative juices a kick start!
That's amazing! I'm starting to add more recycling to my art projects, but that's recycling truly at it's finest! I'm so glad that you gave this project a try.
Do you ever repurpose household items for your art projects? I’d love to know what you use!
I never would have expected this to be a tool for creating art. It created such a cool effect. Thank you for sharing!

Lol! Don’t have a honeycomb stencil, so I used a vacant - wasp nest as a stamp. Recycling at its finest
