I know there's other artists out there who draw him in one, 0xeyedaisy from tumblr comes to mind And yes top surgery scars! Are they for transScar? For a chest reduction that wasn't enough to flatten the scitties? An accident from the Jellies? Honestly which ever one of these you want to think :D
