Does this method of doing the 4x27” strap and gathering it still work if I am using wool too? I was planning on doing just one layer of interfacing. My wool is lightweight but I just wanted to make sure. I am making this for my fiancé and this video is really helpful. :)

yes you can use 4×27 long srap, and also use 3.5 because you have wool fabric its slightly thick, and you will use two layer of interfacing one wool and one lining fabric. and in the last you will use only ine piece of srap because you have wool, i had cotton fabric which has sides, i will give you a link of my other pakol cap which will help you more🤗 thanks dear friend 😊😊😊
