Sounds like you need more than $2000 good credit employment legal attorney I stay in Las Vegas Nevada had a friend that rented a house from a lady, the real owner sold the property put my friend out and locked him up. Everything sounds very easy to obtain but in Las Vegas they make up laws and statutes as they go just scary situations.
You would need more than 2K to do this. To pass tenant referencing you need to have earned 30x the rental amount on the property, in the previous year.
This is absolutely spot on, thanks for pointing it out. The so-called big influencers on UA-cam and social media fail to mention the 'real' real-world requirements you need to acquire property, whether it be to own or rent. It's easy for an already established millionaire to just walk into Manchester and acquire an apartment to rent!
@@gbiggy-c4l Yes it's annoying when they make things seem easier than they are. I think they actually do give some good property information and motivation, but it's mixed with unrealistic information. They're being dishonest to say the least.
I think property in uk has become like this because of greed ie you could have worked super hard your whole life to purchase a house on a nice quiet street when along comes a greedy developer and builds a hmo next door to your house and you now have a nightmare next door with antisocial immigrants. I think there should be a law that the developers have to have hmo surrounding where they live and see how they like it

I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.

I just had a reminder to download your book.. ur are so funny; the first few pages made me laugh and resonated with me, also that u mentioned Simon. I did his free webinar the other night, and now I can't decide which mentor I want. You, Simon or Abi ( my plan is to have you all as my mentors, hah) when I have the money after deal sourcing, that is, unless I connect with investors and miraculously do a flip on one of my analysed deals. Defo look forward to this read thank you 🙏 I have 16 points (hours) CPD Award🤗😂, so I'm doing bits already. I have an injury preventing me from attending your crash course, unfortunately. But I already know I need a mentor.
Who is liable for potential damage/loss? The official tenant or the person actually in the property? Over what period of time will the subletting go? Why would any owner or agent agree to that if they could gain more money themselves?
Sales funnel and entry level position to the bottom of the pyramid You're better off investing in holiday homes abroad. Ask yourself, especially nowadays, how many people work from home and travel for work? Relative to the amount of hotels/Air BnBs/SAs etc It's a model that is failling and will downtrend significantly in the coming years.
What If you’ve got around 500k to 1 million cash sitting but wanting to invest. Would you buy properties cash and rent them? Or opt for serviced accommodation?
With 2 k, I would create a free account at a UK bullion dealer. I would order and take delivery of 40 silver britannias and 2 x 8g gold sovereigns. With the understanding that gold went up 750% over the last 20 years in the UK- and the average property in the north of England only increased 30% in the same period of time. And watch the capital growth growth in the metals increase ( 25% in last year) whilst UK properties stagflat in price.
it only rises in accordance to inflation rising... it's common for the rich to park they savings in gold and silver to stop the inflation affecting the spiralling devaluation of fiat currency until they buy more assets that cashflows...
And what about planning permission??? Guy talks out of his arse. If he was all that he wouldn't sell courses. Yes it worked, sub letting and air bnb when he did it 16 years ago but most councils are hot on it. Which landlord would let you sublet their property and make a profit?
Samuel you have lost loads of weight (respect to you!) I like the positive thinking but I have heard many Landlords (LL) are selling up as the new Government threatening the EPCs to be C or above etc, what are your thoughts over this?
I don’t trust this guy He tends to exaggerate big time It doesn’t make sense to say every hotel in Manchester fully booked. Also he has made his wealth from desperate people by offering expensive courses to desperate people
