I'm using sports weight/4ply cotton yarn and a 3mm hook and the measurements are accurate, mine is just slightly bigger because of my loose tension🫶

The first few parts were easy to follow but when it got the the part that was gonna be a tear drop that’s when It got confusing for me but I’m also new to crochet so that’s probably why

Many thanks for this tutorial! I'm trying it now, but the middle hole didn't turn out as a teardrop shape.. the upper part starts to curve outward after the increase rows (rows 11-19). I followed the steps. What could I have done wrong?
Same thing happened to me, have redone the teardrop several times, same result, not sure what i am doing wrong
@@teriabergel8908 After redoing it a few times, I got the desired teardrop hole by increasing the lines with increase. I repeated lines 9 and 10 two more times then continued line 15 onward as instructed in the vid. Hope that helps.
i believe when you said “no increases until you reach row 24” i think you meant to make 24 rows of no increases?
She is saying “normal”, not no more….I thought that, too!

Hello from France I can't figure out what to do when you've done the first 3 rows when you're on the chest. you have to knit normally the beginning of row 4 but continue to decrease under the armpits. but is this decrease done when you reach the end of the row and also when you start row 5? and then on how many rows do you crochet like that? because for me the strip does not go round and remains straight. THANKS
Hello, je viens tout juste de finir cette partie là du tutoriel. En gros, quand tu entames ton 4e rang, tu ne fais pas de decrease au début mais à la fin du rang. Donc à la fin du 4eme rang t'as un decrease et quand tu commences ton rang 5 tu fais aussi un decrease ! Donc 2 decrease d'affilée en quelques sortes, au niveau de l'aisselle. Tu ne finis et commences tes rangs par des decrease qu'au niveau de l'aisselle. La partie qui forme l'ouverture devient droite à partir du rang 4. Tu fais rang 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, et à la fin du 9eme tu suis ce qu'elle fait à 19min07 !
Donc pour résumer :
- rang 4 (commence normalement et finit par un decrease au niveau de l'aisselle)
-rang 5 (commence par un decrease et finit normalement)
-rang 6 (commence normalement et finit par un decrease au niveau de l'aisselle)
-rang 7 (commence par un decrease et finit normalement)
-rang 8 (commence normalement et finit par un decrease au niveau de l'aisselle)
-rang 9 (commence par un decrease et finit avec un increase comme elle montre vers 19min 07).

At 17:58 you said "row 4, chain 1" but you wrote "row 4, chain 2" which one do I have to follow? By the way, love all you do, you're amazing!!
I think you only have to do 1 ch because you have to do the second page mirror-handed i am also confused 😂
And if you mean the 1st side then ch 1 because you start with a dc

Rebonjour à partir du rang 4 et chaque fois qu'il faut diminuer du coté des aisselles..c'est juste au début du rang?? ou quand on finit un rang et qu'on se retrouve coté aisselle? donc 2 fois des diminutions..merciiii
Oui, il y a deux diminutions qui se suivent, à la fin du rang côté aisselle et lorsqu’on entame le nouveau rang en partant de l’aisselle !
