A very simple meal. Beef or lamb sliced thin. Sprinkle over pre-cooked rice just reheated. And some lightly braised veggies. Simple easy and ready in 10 minutes.

i hope this series never ends
I am mostly showing the meals I make myself, it's not limitless but I do add some new ones now and then.
I second this!
I love your cooking videos. They're so much more practical than any professionally-produced cooking show. It's real-life. There's minimal waste. And the recipes look yummy. I also love how you highlight the benefits of cooking at home: money and time saved, no mystery ingredients...and the result is a desirable meal.
I am enjoying this series even if I may not cook the same way. I’ve always appreciated how your videos are grounded in reality
You made this meal look fun to cook and it looks delicious too! 👍
I like yoshinoya since I was kid. So making beef bowls is always good! Thanks
I will def need to make this for my partner and I. It looks delicious!
Fast, delicious and versatile with everything! 👏👏👏💯❤️❤️❤️
Grreat cooking tips for me - I spend hours and hours working from home so making quick meals is essential to me
Hey Beat, this is great content that helps us know we don't have to eat fast food. And we can eat healthier at home. I like the way u make it real nothing like too many spices for people just beginning to cook... 🎉 Thanks man
Simple and easy! Try my recipe and let me know how you like it!
@@BeatTheBush I did, I like it. I now cook the way you do and like my meals. Thanks 👍
Lovin the cooking vids!
great video francis, real useful daytoday tips that anyone can use, not like the big finance youtubers who rehash all their content
I was gonna say, it wouldn't be like Beat to waste that little pc of beef that fell out. I could see him reheating the pan to cook it later, haha 😂. Those pieces of onion that fell out saved the day!!
i love these videos! keep them coming
I watch but usually don't comment.I love when you cook and seeing what you make, this and everything always looks delicious.Hope to see more cooking vids😉🤗💯💜.Be well

Fun and efficient and a Great addition to the series. I like the desert choices as well.
Wow! Fantastic!
Hi. I don't eat meat, but it's good to see you again. I hope everything is going great there.
Thank you sir
I like your cooking style!
Looks delicious! I tried your hashbrowns you made the other day....they turned out great and super easy. No more buying bagged hashbrowns for us anymore.
I would suggest Adding a bit of oyster sauce to that gravy.
I made two of your recipes and worked 🙂👍
These videos are cool 😎

@2:59 69 seconds, nice...
I'm loving this series, but the smoke without extractor fan disturbs me. Maybe you could see if you can remove the fan noise using AI?
Good point, maybe for this high smoke cook I should turn it on even when there is more noise.
Too bad I already ate! Great recipe!
Damn I need to get a lamb log now 🤣
More stuff on Finance 🏴👍
Coming soon!
This was so relaxing to watch but you need a wife sorrry😂
It’s about ten minutes, but people aren’t rushing to cook like you are and have to increase the portions to feed more people because they have a family.
So in reality, this could take longer.
Sure. =D The 10 minute is approximate. Sometimes I can cook as little as 8 minutes.
Where's the beef!?
Lol. I treat red meat as 'beef'. Close enough.
@@BeatTheBush nah you are good. I just wanted to use the phrase from the old Wendy's commercial
My mans lookin kinda skinny, glad to see he still eating
Questioning my life after watching you wash up.
That was a rinse😂
francis, rinsing is not washing
Beathebush bitcoin hit 52k dollars today. Dogecoin is next go up crazy. Same pattern in 4 years cycle. We all be super rich in dogecoin 😀😀😀😛
That's great to hear!
Are you still holding your dogecoin. I hope you didn’t sell. The painful is almost over
Do you think you would've ended up less weird if you didn't grow up in an Asian household?
Nope. Can confirm weirdness is not uniquely Asian.
You can only truly be yourself if you embrace your inner weirdness.
why do u keep calling it beef and then lamb and your title is beef.
They're both red meat and you can use either one to make this interchangeably.
