I came across my first full send Lasso player in a comp this weekend and was completely lost. I thought the guy was some wizard but turns out I just had never dealt with someone that actually plays this guard in my 3 1/2 years of doing bjj lol

I lost a match as a blue Belt to an AOJ kid that stalled from Lasso for six minutes. I decided - Fuck that never again haha and made passing Lasso super high priority
I will follow in that mindset😂🙏
I've been ripping it up for the past 2 days using the knee slice instructional. I can't wait to try this one. My instructor heavily leans on lasso guard.
