А пленка поверх кафельной плитки - это шедевр дизайнерской мысли ))). Мужчина молодец, конечно, очень трудолюбивый, умница! (это уже без сарказма) И если его семье уютно в этом доме, то это перекрывает любые отклонения от правил. Добра и мира этому дому.

Il problema nei vecchi appartamenti non è affatto quello delle modifiche estetiche. Queste sono tutte modifiche estetiche. Per ristrutturare un appartamento devi vedere a che punto sta con le infiltrazioni, con le tubature e con la coibentazione termica. inutile che mi ridipingi i muri, poi non metti a posto tutte quelle cose. dopo qualche mese sei di nuovo punto e a capo, con la differenza che hai speso un sacco di soldi per niente.

I can see why she was against the apartment. With bedrooms so small. And the kitchen in such a mess. And ugly stair case a hazard with children. Dark wood was not their style. But!!! He turned it into a great amazing space. Bright and full of light.

En el 1er video Le puso una calcomania a los azulejos en la pared, en vez de cambiar la mesada que estaba destruida por que era de ladrillos, la pinto nomas, pero se gasto toda la guita en ponerle pisos nuevos cuando ya tenia un piso de Porcellanato en buen estado, se compro muebles nuevos cuando tenia la cocina por hacer.. con esa plata le pongo un mueble debajo de la mesada para que no se me vean los canos del agua y el tanquecito de gas... prioridadeeeesss!!!

In the kitchen where they had to spend money because the tiles were cracked, they put vinyl paper to cover the tiles, the countertop, which is made of brick and is in poor condition, instead of changing it, they painted it and they didn't even put furniture in it. They spent money putting up a new floor, when the old one was in excellent condition. They bought modern furniture for the hall when they could have used that money to make the kitchen. I am from a poor country and every coin counts, we prefer to have things simple and that work, than to show new furniture to friends.

I can't believe instead of spending money on things that didn't make sense, like putting a new floor when the previous one was in good condition and buying new furniture, instead of making the new kitchen, he put vinyl on the wall, painted the allowance that was in terrible condition and was made of brick and did not put furniture under the allowance which makes all the water pipes and the gas tank visible. I can not understand it....
If I were still young I would love to find a guy who likes to do this type of work at home. I would be there with him trying to make the house as comfy, clean, and beautiful as possible, but it's too late, I got to keep on doing it all on my own which has not been so bad. LOL
