- Classic 80's rock fishing video with Greg Meyer, Sean Clarke and Tony Cox - Aussie legends. Learn how to catch fish off the rocks with dead bait and live bait, how to collect and where to find the bait. These methods are timeless and produce fish off the rocks time and again. The gear being used then can still be found and used today to much effect if you're bait fishing.
Awesome video. Me and my brother grew up in Bondi fishing the Mattens, the Murk and round the corner the Rings and the Altars. We also fished the Block and Rosa Gully, and South Bondi (the Boot), Mackenzies Bay, and below Bronte Cemetery were all excellent for bream, blackfish and drummer in the right conditions. Cool memories, but you'd not get back down some of those places now!
dont think anyone been down to this spot in over 20 years

Well done team, remember Greg from Waverley tackle shop days
He sold and now I think it’s Global Tackle in Kingsford
First off. You Guys are NUTS! I mean I am a fishermen too and I've done some silly things to a fishing spot, but never anything that might kill me. Second, you need to make some PVC tubes to put your rods in, so they have protection when being lowered. I just cant believe its worth all that trouble. Ah well, fishermen are nuts :)
I have patronized a long time ago, perfect fishing spot. All kinds of big fish. Never been after having been there twice. very dangerous. You need to have good physical strength. I don't recommend everyone to try it.
Me? I 'm all for hopping down to the fish and chips shop .
Life jackets would be a must these days.
RIP Muggo

Awesome rock fishing
Might be worth considering buying a boat, eh?
Fished there many times, and most other ledges in the eastern suburbs.Climb is simpler than it looks.
I'll give them thumbs up, but I must say ain't no way in hell I would go through all that just to go fishing and I love to fish with all my heart and soul, but that's when you find out the difference between white people and back people, your not going to find a black person doing that and if you do please film 🎥 it, and before you take him fishing let me know so I can put his ass in some insurance......No harm meant I'm just starting facts.... LMAO 🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆
is that diamond bay ?
No the matens
