I'm a newbie instant pot user and this is my 1st recipe. It was good though the meat was fall of the bone. Maybe because I only did the QR after 10 mins. But overall it was good. Thanks a lot. Will try your munggo and arroz caldo recipe.

Those pork hocks look incredible. Smart blanching technique. Never used bananas blossom, cool ingredient. Served with boiled eggs too. Love this dish. Thumbs up!
