edit: To hear how disappointed Jim was in this match, it's like a father finding out his son just drank and drove and got arrested. My fiance has only watched pro wrestling for maybe 2 years now because she started to enjoy it after watching it with me. The Stadium Stampede took the air out of my entire viewing party on Saturday. People just stopped watching and started messing around on their phones. This was an embarrassment and I can't believe I paid $ for this garbage.
I watched this match with people I called friends, and they loved every moment, while I was bewildered at the pure stupidity. Needless to say, I am no longer friends with them

When you love the business as much as Corny does, it takes a lot to give up. I said that I would quit WWE for ten years before I finally did. It's hard to walk away from something you love. Once wrestling is in your blood, it's there for good, even if it pisses you off sometime.

People can criticize Jim for being "out of touch" (he's not) but when Jim was involved in wrestling full time it was far more successful than it is now, so he would know what works and what doesn't. Because he's an actual star unlike omega who would be midcard at best a few years ago
