Clapton is one of my favorites and he did work with several other favorites such as Jimmi Hendrix and BB King. Long live Eric I’m 3 years behind you and my alcoholism hasn’t killed me yet. Clean and sober my friend.
We went to his concert in Seattle and what a disappointment. He walked on stage, never said a word to the audience. Not a hello, thank you for coming, etc. We love his music but wouldn’t attend another of his concerts. You know it’s bad when people in the front rows are walking out. 30,000 fans showed up paying good money for tickets but he took the money and didn’t show up for them!
Love EC but hands down the worst concert I've been to was his at the LA Forum 20 years ago. Sadly he blew the lyrics of "Tears oinHeaven" of all songs. Unforgiveable
Yeah, he definitely doesn't put on the most exciting show. He is a just stand-there-and-play kind of guy. I saw him sometime in the last 3 years. Nonetheless, he is a legend and one of the best guitar players ever.
Hendrix has and had ZERO to do with Cream! Then...It's "Bluesbreakers" NOT "Bluebreaker" that is first. He also never had a conflicting relationship with Harrison. He played with Beegees because of Robert Stigwood! Del Santo was NEVER his wife. He was not with Crow in 1996 & Crow's My Favorite Mistake is NOT about Clapton. Nothing shocking in your video AND you need to get your facts straight
You would be surprised how many people do not know these things about Clapton. Growing up in the 80s and 90s, I didn't know about his past with Cream, the Beatles, heroin, or the death of his son.
Tell eric Johnson that he sounds fucking incredible I used to hate Fender single coils and was obsessed with Gibson les Paul's with humbuckers bought a £4000 Gibson les Paul with automatic tuners don't get me wrong it looked killer felt great too but the sound meh! now I love strat's with shitty weak single coil's and they sound fucking awesome

He might have stolen a song. After he stole a wife.
And souls, don't forget
He's the "gangster of love".
This is one of my favorite songs by Johnny Guitar Watson.
lose the background music

Rubbish! Left out CAsey Jones and some is crap and the rest is copied from others articles. Regards, friend of EC.
He needs to ditch the fender strat and go back to playing gibsons. Nothing against the strat but for him it sounds like crap.
