  • I wanted to keep this under the 5 minute mark, but it would be doing the Control Forge a major injustice. I feel like it would take a feature film to entirely explore the capabilities of this module.

I really like hearing more of the musical notes that you made with the Mother32. Too many eurorack demo's seem worthless with just beeps and blobs or noise. So nice to hear something with musical scales involved.

It is the nature of the open playground.
It is why you rarely see organized sports in city parks. People are there to play and run around with out rules.
But some want to make make perfectly tuned chromatic music.

edjwise so true. This type of comments makes me want to go to video with musical scales involved (c) and write something like “oh another worthless ii - v - i progression example”

I appreciate the upload, but please keep a clear view of the modules. Most of the vid is the back of your hand.

maths into cv1 crazy you name it 😳 and also like the idea start with a random cv and all following steps of the cv forge will merge it relative. such easy way to get crazy love it ! not to speak use the satellite to get into cv2 of the control forge yes and an editor would be great !!

if your hand is not always in front of the module, if you put something, it would be a nice VDO

Have you an ES-8? I find myself doing things very similar to this video using Audulus on an iPad and an ES-8 to connect it to the modular world.

But now I have some 'cons' for you. To late :). Intuition tiook the lead and I am already having fun while it's on its way. The price increase in the EU is a true pain.

WTF do i need this for?

  • @dumbeat

Its totally unintuitive. I got one, I would add 8 Outputs and 8 little pots that can change from Level to Time or, if only 2 pots like now, a recorder for movement, so instead of writing each thing you just record the time and volume over the duration of the entire "sequence" and tell it to how many segments to spit it.
