I purchased boat airpods 161, they can't connect at the same time each other. From the comment section I realised that many peoples are facing the same issue. I purchased airpods from Flipkart.

I purchased boat airpdos 161 from filpkart..both airpods not working at the same time , I tried for replace this product but Flipkart reject replacement order..
I purchased boat airpods 161 on flipkart but there is some issue in airpods they can't connect at same time to each other. They connecting separately on blutooth and music play in only one pods... I also done factory reset but there is no any solution. CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE?

I bought boat 161 yesterday it’s not working both buds at a time. I have tried so many times through UA-cam but didn’t work any process and it’s not have a return process also. I never seen this type of worst case 😢

Dear Team - Please provide a solution to the issue where the buds are not pairing with each other. If there is no solution and it is a known issue i guess, kindly ask the sellers to accept returns
Once unpair in Bluetooth section next put the buds in case next open the case and pair with bluetooth freshly it will works.... That connection problems occurs frequently because they provided just bluetooth version 5.1

Hello!!! I recently bought boat 161 and have a questions to ask...
Whenever I turn on Bluetooth, I get 2 devices having the same name ie. Airdopes 161. Whenever we connect to the Bluetooth only one device can get connected at a time. So how come it's showing me 2 separate devices for left and right earbud?

How we know that the airpods are manually off ?
Alright listen, Every 161 users.This device does not Both turn off manually as they shown in the video or in user manual. In fact you have turn OFF each buds seperately. If you try as shown in this video. It will not turn off. It will still blink the Blue and Red led light. So Read this. To turn OFF boat earbud 161.you have to turn OFFeach bud Seperately. To do this. Take one ear bud in your hand and Touch the CTC of that one earbud for about 5 seconds then You will see a Single" Red" Led starts blinking, At that moment Take your Finger from the CTC. Now repeat the same process to the other ear bud. NoTE: Perform these steps to only one ear bud at a time. As i said do not press both Earbuds ctc at the same time to Manually turn off.. But you can touch same earbud CTC at the same time to Turn it on manually.(When you try the turn off method as i said. You Wont see any kind of Led blinking in. Means it is now turned off..

I have purchased Boat airdopes 161 and just after 1 and half month of purchase, the left earbud is not getting charged. I have claimed warranty and got a replacement. But the replacement was even worse, both the earbuds are not getting charged now. Also the replacement was not a new one, it was previously used by someone. I did not expect such bad quality product from boat. Never getting a boat product again. I would not encourage any of my family and friends to get boat products. Totally disappointed with Boat!

In order to factory reset Airdopes 161, go to the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device, find Airdopes 161 and select 'forget'. On your Airdopes 161, Step 1:Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 5 seconds (when earbuds are outside the case) to switch them off manually.
