Hi, even I am in the same situation. Even though I have cut off contact with that negative person and everybody who was present then but I still can't get it off my mind. Would you please tell how did you tackle it?
@@abcdmziI wish there was an easy hack for this. Honestly I do. But I had to heal and do so much shadow work and self reflection. Had to realize how I made myself too vulnerable to people who were deeply envious of me, saw me as a threat and were plotting on me the whole time. I had to realize that psychopaths and sociopaths really do exist and that they are ALL about control. I had to realize that they do not and never will respect the word “no” and will weaponize your insecurities, fears and words against you. I had to forgive them (took me years) and most of all MYSELF for not protecting my energy and privacy. I was too naive, too open and too trusting of others. And unfortunately we live in a world where most people see that as a weakness rather than something to be cherished. Most of all, I had to realize that other peoples petty insecurities, unresolved childhood wounds, unspoken expectations, toxicity, projections and control issues were not my fault. Everyone is responsible for not only themselves but their own healing.
Not slot of people do I feel bad for some of the stuff I’ve said I mostly said facts not rumors or stories but still I shouldn’t have said it. I get put on blast all the time over dumb shit but I honestly don’t care and I really wouldn’t at all if it wasn’t for my son but he doesn’t deserve to wallow in my filth his whole life so I’ll do my best to uphold my reputation and confront any bullshit I encounter face to face. It doesn’t help I live in a small town it’s annoying I’m gonna be moving to the middle of nowhere soon can’t wait 🎉!! it’s too bad people are cowards for the most part I don’t even have the balls to say it to you. I like to talk behind your back and it takes a hell of a long time for it to get back to you but eventually does. I just don’t want it to come down to my son‘s gonna have a birthday party and he wants to have his friends over to stay the night and something that someone made up and spread around about me that has no truth through it all ends up affecting him having a friend over or something like that. You know what I mean it’s just one of those things it’s not fair, not fair to me. But I wish you the best. Hope everybody shuts their face minds their own business

All negative energy send by in laws and jealous siblings through gossip to be send back to them .

Really love this channel. Found it a few days ago. Wanted to really work on my aura. I'm empathic and I have adhd and anxiety I believe from that and other things. I'm on my healing journey now. Month 18. I've lost 70lbs,I'm doing my Reiki Meditation and martial arts training again and I've developed a strict workout routine. Anyways love this particular energy healing. I put myself and my priorities first
I have had 6 weeks off from work and have returned part time under my doctors advice. But there is a woman at work who has been bitching about me.. because years ago she had the same op and apparently returned to a different job full time at 8 weeks.. she's a nasty gossip anyway so I think has seen this as an opportunity. She was in a lot of trouble at work before I went for my op so I believe has tried to turn a negative spotlight on me while I'm not there! (it wouldn't be the first time) I expect it from her but the last few days ive sensed distance with the others.. they are tired and have been working hard and she is making sure people feel resentful by feeding it with negative comments. I've used this reiki before so I know it will help again to show the truth of the situation ❤💜💛Thank you ladies 💙💜💛

Sometimes when we do healings like this that have elements of protecting and calling our energy back, the people who have been essentially feeding on it will notice. This is usually unintentional on their end. As a result, they might pop up in our lives randomly.
