Oldest bullet trick in the book: Force your opponent to make a longe range move (usually in the form of a blunder) to win on time. In hindsight at 17:11, you might as well allow the perpetual. If you wanted to try to flag your opponent, at 17:27 perhaps Qd4 and premoving Qg7 is a try.

Top tip: when you have 20x the amount of time the opponent have, just flag them 😂 don’t sit there calculating lol
