- It’s almost time to wrap it up and return to San Diego, so I have to finish my home improvement projects such as painting staircases, and garage door, gardening….. I’m very sad but trying to take in as much as possible before I leave.

It is absolutely true that your personality changes while there. My time is split between there and the mainland and I return many times a year also ( also live in the same neighborhood). Relatives that visit also say that they do see a different person. The locals call it the Aloha spirit. Thank You so much for bringing me back home because I am stuck with mainland responsibilities since Feb. 2023.

Aloha, another great video. The painting looks great and yes-keep those ants out of the house. I must say, I’ve never experienced fire ants in Hawaii. Sorry they are always around you😞😞.
You seem less stressed in Hawaii and my studies have shown that stress will contribute to fibromyalgia and headaches, as fibromyalgia is an auto immune disease. Less stress, less suffering-happy for you. I must say that using the flying camera sure is beautiful , the results.

Aloha David. You’re so lucky you have not encountered a fire ant and hope you never will. However I feel if that’s the only way to experience Hawaii, and if it comes in a package, then it’s still all good. You know fibromyalgia is not an autoimmune fortunately. It’s a neurological disorder where pain interpretation is magnified, where as every pain sensation let’s say at a level 2 (from 0-10) feels like a 8. Plus other symptoms such as sleeping issues, lack of energy,…… Less stress and good sleep makes a good combination to keep it at bay but I’m still convinced Hawaii has a hand in it. 😁

Aloha-you are so right, I read the article wrong, about fibromyalgia-it “isn’t” commonly associated with autoimmune. The article did say that genetics and the immune system play an important part in! I’m grateful you understand it much better than me. It did say stress also affects it and now you have the added healing power of the “big island “ so happy for you🌴🌴🌴🥰👍😁
@@dswearingen4579 Very true about the genetics. Although there was no recognition of fibromyalgia in my parents years, but I do recall my mother and grandmother complaining of unexplained pain. Thank you my friend for your caring words. Much Mahalo to you too

Thank you for this video this is your new subscriber on the West Coast Los Angeles. I know what you mean when you say it’s hard to leave the big island. But I love when I get on Hawaiian airlines and go back to the big island my family and I we fly back in for maybe three times a year or four times a year. My other family members that meet us there or from San Diego also. I am at peace when I’m on the island there isn’t very much to do there but I still love it there and then we have our other family that lives over on Orchard land and we are over on HPP. Last release I do love when the family we drive down to Beech Street and they go fishing near the Cliff near Paradise and I forgot the name of the other street to get over there. Well you only can say so much in common section so thank you for this video!
That is so awesome to be able to go there 3-4 times a year. That is what I used to do before we bought our place there. I could not stay away too long. I truly love Hawaiian airlines. They make you feel like you’re already I. Hawaii the second you enter the airplane. So nice to have family there. I’m going again tomorrow and am so happy and giddy.
