    I'm probably late here, but can you tell me how to put the graphic back to Illustrator without it being pixelated?

    Great tutorial! I only got stuck in minute 9. The "make clipping mask" option does not appear to me =( I only see "ungroup".
    After I ungroup, "make clipping mask" appears, but the object disappears when I click this option. Do you know why?
    Thank you!

    • @Richgraphics
      @Richgraphics  4 роки тому +1

      If you dont see it in the right click context menu, you can go to object/clipping mask. Also check the shape is a compound path. Hope this helps.

    Super great tutorial :) . Why am I not seeing the release compound path in my screen? Everything should be followed to the point :/

    • @Richgraphics
      @Richgraphics  4 роки тому +1

      You can try going to object > compound path > release. also make sure the layer you have selected is actually a compound path. if you need further help, hit me up on discord.

    13:37 your shape comes straight mine is just distorted and pasting things on it and it gets pasted outside the mask

    • @Richgraphics
      @Richgraphics  3 роки тому +1

      Make sure the shape you are applying the mask to is a compound path. ‘Object > compound path > make’

      @@Richgraphics worked perfectly. Thank you. but now I'm stuck at another point. At 13:55 when I save my smart object screen, altho it does display the screen pasted there. But the black screen which we masked is still visible bcz of which the screen instead of being rounded looks edgy.

      5:27 if its the part where by your selecting the compound path. just keep double clicking the inner shape until this is the only thing selected. Then edit > cut ready for later.
      feel to hit me up on discord if you want to chat and i can help you.

      @@Richgraphics thanks for your fast reply. The inner shape i guess you mean the path you had locked earlier in the layers?

    • @Richgraphics
      @Richgraphics  4 роки тому +1

      @@FootReactions2023 no worries happy to help. i suppose an easier way of explaining it would be to select the inner rectangle shape with the direct selection tool then press ctrl+x to cut it.
      Unite the shape as described then paste the original shape we cut back into place.
      hope this helps
