For personal and business reasons, the lack of storage, and roof handle things, are the only thing that's preventing me from getting a model s. I'm currently leasing a 3 series hoping Tesla will address those issues w/ next gen model S by the time my lease is up.
Awesome review Bjorn! Its nice to see you point out some of the flaws to the beloved Model S. I agree the Model S is not a luxury car to the caliber of the S-Class or 7-series, but it is still the most revolutionary car without a doubt! Keep the videos coming Bjorn, awesome job as always!!!
This is a car affordable for regular families. The 318 is not expensive, at all. I have a 318 myself and im not rich. Keep that in mind when you make reviews. Other than that, you make good reviews! :)
You don't have to fully start the car to activate the electronics btw...Just hit the Start/Stop-Button WITHOUT pressing the break (which is usually required in an automatic car to start it up). Then it just activates the electronics, and not the motor :) Kinda neat :)
+larsandroid I did take it on windy roads. However, I didn't mention it here because the handling on the 3-series was pretty poor. So it wasn't fair to compare it with the Model S. I should compare handling on a 5-series or similar.
+theSammyM333 not really.... i saw it live at the IAA - it´s overdone and not worth the cost - and the most "tuning" parts i saw, are just optical things no usefull artwork AND i really don´t need heated and cooled cupholders
Was that frontmask and front spoiler carbon fiber or matt black? I really liked that interior no idea how much that Brabus pack costs and do you really need P90D anyway :D It´s just one of those you gotta have :D
I'm looking forward to you review of the 70D, I am thinking about ordering one and have already started playing around with the tesla configurator. I had a test drive of a signature P85, they did not have a 70D for test drive when I was in Melbourne, Australia. I waiting for a really good review of the 70D. :)
now when you said that if BMW makes fully electric 5 series you would consider it Tesla will need to make those features availadle what you liked in BMW so they don't lose valuable fan ,"adverse" and kind of sales man becase you have increased my interest to the Tesla model S so much that when i get steady jod i will take €140K-€180K loan for a new one and pay it back 8-15 years but if supercharging network grows in here as goot as it is in there then i don't need S90D or P90D and i can buy used S70D for €50K-€75K and if someone wonder i need D because roads are never plowed in mornig and i need long range (charchng network is bad) specialy if i get to work for Tesla in Helsinki and want to go home for weekend

Model 3 Success = Model S design + practicality of BMW 3 Series :)

I think you have been spoiled by the Tesla FOB! Nice video Bjorn, as always I enjoyed it. : )
Nice review. I agree, about missing convenience features in Tesla. Hope, that they will fix all those minor details, by the time Model 3 is released.
Shieeet bjørn, nice review as always!

Nice review! It would have been interesting to see how you like the handling and steering feel on the 3 series.

futmut1000 Hasta la vista.
***** Thank you for the explanation. I didn't waste my time trying to explain why Model S is superior to most fossil cars.
Thanks Bjorn! Very important video to watch for Tesla!
I hope the deliver more of these details in Model 3.
I´d like you to go and check out that Brabus Tesla in Germany on your next trip. That Car looks stunning!

you have increased my interest to the Tesla model S so much that when i get steady jod i will take €140K-€180K loan for a new one and pay it back 8-15 years but if supercharging network grows in here as goot as it is in there then i don't need S90D or P90D and i can buy used S70D for €50K-€75K and if someone wonder i need D because roads are never plowed in mornig and i need long range (charchng network is bad) specialy if i get to work for Tesla in Helsinki and want to go home for weekend
