Vita wakes up from her sleep. She's not a mindless proxy/representative who obidiently executing Sa's plan anymore, she's now has her own mind, conciousness, and most importantly will. But still, she's still has no real freedom because of Sa, and thus this is the beginning of her journey to find her freedom.

39:24 Sa's Cocoon form
49:48 This is the flashback from Vita in Chapter 39 Act 2. This was the moment when Vita's own will first emerged for a short time before she fell asleep again and do Sa's job.
In short, this event is basically telling us how Vita gaining her own will.
51:55 Vita questioning the people that she met in her dream, why they all look similar to Venusians/Purushians but she doesn't remember encountering them.
