    The video is an absolute treat to watch. I belong to Kolkata and visited the place once, but if you try to watch the wild animals from the watch tower through a jungle safari u will get very very few. Sometimes it's up to the luck. I think it's a better option to view the lion's share of the core area from Torsa river Bridge (on the way to Madarihat or Hasimara )on the NH 31 (if you get a car) where there is a higher chance to see the wild animals come to the river to quench their thirst.

    Lovely video. Btw, although there are leopards in jaldapara, the real threat to juvenile gaur's and rhinos comes from the tigers ! Tigers roam between nearby Buxa Tiger Reserve and Jaldapara regularly. These two reserves are almost contagious.

    Oh part of Darjeeling. Before 1891 census there were no Bengalis. Lol. This belongs to natives Lepchas, esrly settlers like Bhutia, Rajbonshi, Nepali
