Salus IT500 - Top 3 features

I had this thermostat for over a year and i had no idea how to use some of the functions. I thought the unit was faulty till i decided to pay more attention - here is top 3 functions you would need for this systom to work as well as you like.
Obviously you need the mobile app to configure timezone but that is for another video.

I have this unit and do not operate it via the hand unit, all my operation is via the app on the phone, really easy. Operating it via the hand unit is difficult and cumbersome.

Salus have *STILL* not resolved the connection control issue between Alexa devices and the iT500 Receiver. This means that Alexa cannot control the heating, despite a number of negative comments about the *Alexa Skill* . This is *NOT* an Alexa issue, but needs a fix by SALUS.
The primary problem is the inability to log on to the Salus system via the Alexa Skill.
I wouldn't buy the iT500 until this is resolved by SALUS

Dude. You aare wrong. Missleading people.
Off - that means currrent room is not hitting. Auto means running as programmed, 3rd option is manual - and shows nothing- on manual mode you heating according wht is set on display.

How do I operate mine because the hot water is working but the heat is not
