    You mentioned court sprints in the video, about when, where, how many sets and how often. That would be extremely helpful if you could do that one. Great videos keep it up.

      Thanks for your comment, I did make a video but the quality was bad so I had to remake it and totally forgot. I will get onto it and post one up soon. Usually people do 20 lengths or a minute on and have a minute off and do 5-10 sets. Im trying a new way at the moment of doing 2 minutes on and 1 minute off but running a bit slowing and doing double the amount of set so 10-20. The theory is to I'm trying to build more of a base fitness then before a tournament dropping it back to 1 minute on and 1 minute off. Kind of like how a runner trains.

      See how many sets you can do in one session before not finishing within the time limit (outlined in the above link).
      Then in your 2nd session (later in the week) do the same as the 1st.
      In your 3rd session (at start of 2nd week), try to do one more set than the previous sessions. 4th session (later in the 2nd week), do the same as the 3rd session.
      Continue like that - increasing one set per week. This is a decent approach to kick things off.
      How many sets you can do first up depends on your current fitness levels. Some would conk out after 2 sets. Some would do a handful. If a player can do 10 sets in a session (following the time limits outlined in the above link), then there wouldn't be many matches where endurance will be a problem.
