So sad to hear of his passing! Much, much too early! Every single gesture he made meant something within the music and the characters he portrayed. Not a single bar of music nor movement was ever wasted. He sang with his body and interpreted music like a ballet dancer, opera singer, instrumentalist and painter rolled into a passionate artist. His body was an extraordinary instrument. He was breathtaking and captivating to watch. For me, the essence, artistry and enigma that was Toller lives on through his artwork. No skater before him nor since has ever inhabited music and dance as he has! My thoughts go with his family, friends and, above all, his wonderful coach, Ms Ellen Burka!
