I have a question about the Gators. Do they offer 100% financing for 60 days? Obviously the property would be purchased well below the as is market value. This would be used mainly for Wholetail deals.

Gators can agree to anything. They are essentially bringing money to deals. You can either fund deals with hard money lenders, which usually never give you the full 100%, or bring in a private money lender (Gator) to finance the whole thing for you!
