Hi you need to raise the length of your ticket formatting. A while back i made a video on how to manipulate/redesign/change formatting the ticket in this video. Another user had the same problem under this link and his solution was increasing the length of ticket format. I had the same issue when i started. El software es free y con detalles, creo que la idea es que lo conozcas pero que termines comprandolo con la empresa por el soporte, lo monte 2 veces y detecte 2 bugs en menos de 15 minutos, no quiero imaginar cuantos mas detalles tiene, paso la pagina y reviso otro. Saludos.
Floreant is trash. I have tried using it and it is nothing BUT BUGS. Printers aren't printing right. If you try to fix the issue with the printing (for us the last 2 digits on the receipt were cut off) in iReport, the Pos (Piece of Shit) software will not even try to print using that template. It's like it doesn't even see the printer anymore, or the template anymore. I am even trying their "Pro" version of their software, which I was told is "BUG FREE", and that's HARDLY THE CASE. If anyone knows how to fix the printing issue with floreant, so it doesn't cut off the last digits on the receipt, that would be excellent.
