First that I've heard of this young man. Wow! Whenever an athlete from this country does something like this, feels really good, like, we are somebody, we are a nation, a great nation and can be among the best in the world
I watched the race live on a dubious youtoob (sic) channel. The one thing I immediately noticed was his arm swing; he was raising his arms high and pulling them down furiously. The extra effort and fluidity was evident. He left it all on the track. Perfect race.
Think about it...the SEC has had many world-class athletes grace their tracks; records are bound to happen. Why in the heck wouldn't they have approved starting blocks?
Why isn't Christopher running at the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow? Couldn't Sports Canada spot for an airline ticket, even if they had to bump a bureaucrat or two?

That time at his age is incredible. And his running style is so strong - a new Canadian star in the 400 no less! And great in front of the camera too.
Can’t wait to watch Christopher in Paris. What wonderful young man! Incredible athlete. 🇨🇦❤️
Super crazy great performance - super pumped to see you continue to rise and achieve more awesome fast times!!
I hadn't heard about the nausea and vomiting on race day. Glad the coaches , trainers, and teammates hyped him up! Go Christopher!

Him and Arop are going to be beasts for yours to come.
Shame on the SEC/NCAA not mandating that the right starting blocks are always used! Looking forward to the young man's progress.

@@joeycarter8846 It makes absolutely no sense given the amount of world-class performances that regularly happen at those meets!
I am looking forward to seeing that 4x400m relay.
Congrats🔥
The way he finished that race makes me think he could also be pretty good at the 800 m too.
Brilliant!🔥
It's all diamond League from here on in let's hope he can keep up the momentum.Hope he doesn't over do it
NCAA is his priority right now. Diamond League is a focus for pros, but he can’t worry about that until he is a pro

Clickbait. He did not break the world record.
Michael Norman fears him
