    Upma recipe:
    Ingredients:
    1 cup rava (semolina)
    2 cups of water 1/2 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon urad and chana dal
    1 tablespoon ghee/oil
    1 small onion and carrots finely chopped
    1 teaspoon mustard seeds and cumin seeds
    1-2 green chilies, coriander chopped
    Optional: vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes) peanuts and sev
    1. Heat ghee in a pan.
    2. Add onion, ginger, and chilies; sauté until softened.
    3. Add roasted rava; roast for 2-3 minutes.
    4. Gradually add water and milk stir continuously.
    5. Cook until thickened and creamy (9-10 minutes).
    6. Season with salt.
    7. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander (optional).
