    Hey I just wanna get smthg of my chest it may seem petty but these btches in school they take the p*ss and it p*sses me off a lot like tday we done agility test and one of them made me do it an extra time(running up and down)but I knew -the thing is idkw I listened -the 1st time was my fault in another day and same thing happened but different situation.I told my aunty but she don’t understand but prayer made me feel lighter but I want advice how to be more sharp and stand up for urself. And I’m not the loud type of person I’m quiet and sometimes confident and not. When I beef with someone my heart races fast and I’m don’t feel comfy. Thanks for reading and ur help✨💖💙

    Best thing is is that I’ve never had TikTok or instagram or any social media apps as much knowing that it will ruin me😅☺

    uh... well... the tips in the video are cool but about the cold shower... is getting pneumonia and going to the hospital worth becoming stoic? i don't really know... i mean i already have a cough for weeks now and i dont wanna risk something like that getting worse, but at the same time ill be able to control my emotions permanently. What should i do?
    Edit: the end is also nice and i dont see any difficulty in the tasks except of the cold shower and watching memes as all you need to do to make me laugh is have a stare contest with me for no reason

      If you have any health issues then, avoid cold shower.
