- In this video, I share all the easter eggs, secrets, and hidden references (that I can remember) from all my custom Portal 2 maps, such as Portal Plus: Overgrown and Seasonal Science.

The tune at the end sounded like Reconstructing Science. You were surprisingly good if you wanted to know.
Yep, that's it and thanks! :D
@@scesie yeah mate, it sounds fine, would be cool to have it as a rat den easteregg

YESSS! happy ester what a truly breath taking vid
The Guitar is pretty good
I LOVE UR MAPS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy Easter for your Easter egg video lol.
Was that intentional?
Indeed it was!
This video was better than my Easter eggs and I had 3 1/4 of them
I listen to songs to test by WAY TO MUCH so at the I immediately knew it was reconstructing science
the guitar ain't really that bad.
and i recognize that portal theme
You sound like Wheatley's big brother
Also, nice guitar at the end! That's Reconstructing Science, no? I had actually learned the same riff but on piano a few years back
Before video got release I noticed Wheatley in portal plus chapter 2. The final tune in the video is what i suppose is The Courtesy Call played on a Ukulele or a Acoustic Guitar am I right?
I was looking for Reconstructing Science, but you're right, that part is also in Courtesy Call, so you're still correct!
@@scesie Imagine if you used that tune in a future map or something like that.
Das Lied ist der Portal2 Trailer
Your maps are nice but i would love if the puzzles were more difficult but you cannot have everything.
also funny when you recognise a commenter even though their name has been censored ;)
how you make the talking cores?
You need to use the entity called "npc_personality_core" and for Wheatley, you need to name it @sphere. To make it talk you need to use the entity "logic_choreographed_scene" rather than an ambient_generic.
Getting it on a rail and having it do lots of other things like attaching to a plug socket on the wall can be quite advanced. You can get a bit more info here: developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Npc_personality_core.
I recommend decompiling official valve maps using Wheatley or other cores to learn how Valve do something specific. I do plan to make a video on this topic, but that might not be until a while.
