- A motion to reduce the bond for a man charged in connection with the shooting deaths of Savanah Soto, 18, and Matthew Guerra, 22, was denied on Monday.
Did he care if that baby wanted to live? Why should we care.
He isn't the one that killed.

Did he ever stop and think about Savannah and her unborn baby or Matthew ?? Did he stop and think about the fact that his son is a cold blooded killer ?? He is a father i get that, but what about Matthew's and Savannahs fathers and Mothers, how about there brothers and sisters.. this is their first Fathers day without their children 😢. He is right where he belongs..
Honestly so far we have never heard any remorse for what his son did and the role he and his wife played in this horrible crime. Kudos to the judge 👏

The baby that was taken to a drug deal? Poor Fabian would have been exposed to many more incidents that were dangerous and it's sad his parents didn't put him first . Dealing has consequences.. should have been reported to DCFS.

He’s lost a ton of weight, which probably is helping with his blood pressure. Why is he so worried about this? He should have been worried about his health when he par took in a crime. What about the baby that didn’t get a chance. He’s scared? He’s trying to make a case about HIM, HIM, HIM. He says “ nobody wants to get bit” it’s not like he got stabbed. He got bit by a spider. My daughter got bit by a scorpion a while back. She’ sucked it up & is fine. He allegedly helped to dispose of evidence for his kid. Did the crime… do the time. Stop whining, complaining. He has lost a ton of weight, his health has most likely improved. He is taking Tylenol or ibuprofen to have these episodes to try to get sympathy for bone reduction! He’s right where he needs to be. He was completely healthy to help his son!

It amazes me how much he wants to advocate how scary it is to mess with the heart and his health but imagine the terror savannah felt when you and your family decided to do what you did to her baby father then her and her baby and throw them out like garbage. I have second hand embarrassment for this guy graveling like this over sniffles. I guess it’s every man for themselves, I would have thought he’d be trying to get his wife out before himself.
I do have a minuscule bit of empathy for him and his wife, it would be a tough call if your child came to you needing help for the most serious incident they could have possibly created for themselves.

The prosecutor is trying to show that this poor excuse of a man dramatizes everything that happens with him. He did it at his first hearing too & said his “child” and him were all sick and being treated poorly….nothing was wrong w his wife, his adult “child” had asthma but nothing noted that he had to take any type of preventative medicine or daily medicine for his asthma and then when it came to big poppa he has diabetes prob from his morbid obesity & like he’s doing today he over dramatized it when these r very normal and manageable medical issues that he made sound like it was touch and go for all three of them and being in jail wud kill them. Look at how he’s acting with the spider bite. None of this skin turned black, his arm wasn’t swollen outside from the area of the bite and in the end they gave him antibiotics…..days later when the antibiotics may have been from him touching it w dirty hands and not being clean. But he made it sound like he was bit by a venomous snake and was knocking on deaths door
