I think journaling your food is great!I should start documenting my food intake, I enjoy meal prepping so much. My fasting is 10am -6pm also. Congratulations on your progress...here to cheer you on😁
Junkernecker It does takes lot of willpower but you can do. Just take baby steps and take one day at a time. Start by changing I thing a day and just keep increasing as time goes on.
