I love your handwriting! I usually plan out my work day the night before so I know what I need to do the next day, meetings, to do list etc (I’ve been working from home for almost 3 years now) 😌

Very cool to hear about some of what you do. I I just started working for a Durable Medical Equipment company. Its really changed my prospective of healthcare, having worked in food service at a hospital previously and having direct patient interactions. People don't realize it, but say someone needs a nebulizer at home to continue treatment after discharge. There are people in cubes in an office that are part of their care team, because we make sure they can get it, are eligible, and that it gets sent out to them. That absolutely blows my mind.

I started working at home as a call center rep last week. It’s so rewarding and fun. And I help kids with cancer. It’s so amazing. I would definitely get a usb mouse if I were you. It makes it so much easier to navigate the computer 😁

Literally bingeing all your vlogs! How did you get started as a healthcare clerk while you were in college? Did you just apply or did you have to go through any training before ?
Since I had a healthcare related degree (or in the process of it) thats how I got it! All hospitals in Canada/US are different and mine required a medical terminology and French test so technically I had to pass those to get my job☺️

it's a Day Designer planner! If you're in the US you can get it from their website or target and if you're Canadian it's from Walmart/Amazon!
