Hello from two years in the future. The question seemed completely fine to me, extrapolating from maths data to make real conclusions is a good application of maths to real life skills. HOWEVER, the answer grid was fucking bonkers. Understanding that being in the shaded area doesn't mean it's close to a road is a good extrapolation from the data. Hypothesising that it might be on a flood plane is absolutely bananas. I don't know what OCR were smoking with that one.
