650 g of wheat flour

We make a soft dough that does not stick to the hands. Oil the bowl
We cover it and let it rest for 1 hour.
1 hour later
We remove the air from the fermented dough
Divide the dough into 8 parts
From each, we make a ball and open it to the size of 15 cm
Oil each layer
And we line up. Do not oil the last dough
Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes. We open it to the size of 50-45 cm
We cut 3-4 cm from the edges
We cut the middle part into 8 pieces
Triangle pieces.
We cut it in half
We put greaseproof paper on the bottom of the container and put the dough like in the video.
The size of the mold is 28 cm.
If you don't have a spring mold, you can use a baking tray or Pyrex.
Cover it and rest for 20 minutes
20 minutes later
1 tablespoon of milk and 1 egg yolk
