We were given a very special invite on Monday as Arbroath FC Manager Dick Campbell kindly invited us into his house as he spoke about being named Glen's Vodka December Scottish Championship Manager of the Month.
In this exclusive interview Dick reveals some of the qualities that his staff have and his aspirations for the rest of the season.
With his 37th Manager of the Month Award Dick is quickly running out of fireplaces to keep them on!
