Normally the RS e-tron GT is on par with the Taycan turbo, but this video shows that it gives the turbo S a real run for its money.
Doesn't matter how fast these cars are when they completely fail to stimulate any of the senses. Theres really no point of a driver either. These cars basically drive themselves.
For real, ppl just don't get that all they talk about is quarter mile and 0-60 these are so drab to. E
Yea if i can get used to a hellcats speed i can get used to one of these. At least the hellcat had fun engaging sound and a fun transmission to play with. These cars will be old news when even the cheapest semi sporty EV's are hitting 3second 60s. Why spend 400k on an ev when a 50k ev is just as quick

Those extra 100 hp on Porsche Taycan is basically useless as it's only used during launch control.
In reality it's a 650hp car.

Perfect comparison details, so we can see actually distance covered, and space between the two.
- 100kmh about 3.5m gap (less than a car length )
- 200kmh 15m (3 car lengths)
- 250Kmh 25m. (5 car lengths)
Pretty close, slight constant pull away by Porsche, progressing as speed increases. Maintaining early speed difference mostly, wonder what would be if they did rolling start from 100kmh or more.

That being said, 2022 RS3 vs outgoing TTRS since the TTRS is both quicker and faster than the previous gen RS3 stock v stock
No, the Porsche is just heavy and only uses the extra 100 hp at Launch, they’re actual hp is identical.
And RS3 can be charged in 2 min for 100% ;)

Judging by the accelaration times, the taycan isn't that much faster but for some reason it's launch looks so much faster and more aggressive
Even to 200 there is only a third of a second in it. So if you want these cars, you would be well advised to skip the Porsche, their ludicrous warranty policies, their insane service costs and just get the identical Audi.

Audi and Porsche are the same company, so there must not be many differences below the body. After customers buy according to their brand preference.
It's also a phylosophical matter. When you buy a Porsche, you support the development of things like the 911 GT3 RS, but when you buy an Audi, your money goes to projects like the RS Q8.

This is sad..so sad that these electronic cars will be the future. Extremely boring, lame. They are heavy..not playful at corners. I know l haven't driven the Porsche only other electric cars, but no thank you technology. l miss those day of 90's cars..
This vid is rigged. From the outside, you can see the Taycan launches much more aggressively, but yet slower to the E Tron GT on the split screen...rigged!

The 911 is a small car with a flat six engine. The taycan is an electric hatchback.
