I think what most "pros" do is on slower part use more of your arms and then on faster parts/note spurts use more of your wrists. From my experience this works pretty well especially when playing claw grip!
nvm for anyone wondering, I just got it. Saber factory still dont work, instead use reesabers 2.0 There arent as many options, but it works on current version :) It cost $3 a month minimum btw

you can mod basically any version on steam its just that some mods/models still need to be ported over from 1.29.1
