Loved this - TFS. I particularly like the white marks with the wire brush... I think I have a couple of those somewhere.... 🌺❤️
It's funny, I had to run to the hardware store w/ my husband, and while he was looking for things, I turned around and saw the brush. My immediate thought was "Hey, I could paint with that!" 😂

Wow, you now have a new subbie! Love your papers, thanks for the free download, they have printed up really well. I’ve been trying to do this but the clear gesso is a winner. Can’t wait to experiment !!!
Awesome! Thank you, and have fun!!
LOVEEEEEE THIS!!!!
So it's been a bit now, how do the papers look after time has passed. Are they faded or still vibrant? Did you use anything to cut down the acidity of the coffee? The papers look amazing in the video.
Thank you! I still have some in my stash and I have also used some in my journals/on pieces. As far as I can tell, they look about the same as they did before. The only thing I used was water and ink to activate the coffee, nothing extra.
Thanks for the tip about the clear gesso, I just ordered some. Do you have to use acrylic ink as opposed to regular acrylic paints, maybe watered down a bit?
You can definitely use regular, watered down acrylic.
Laura, do you put anything on top of these so that the media doesn't reactivate when using them in collage? Thanks for an inspiring video!
What kind of coffee are you using? Mine never melts
It's instant coffee.
Is there a particular instant coffee that you like best?
