    it's so exciting seeing these videos being re-upped! I made my first star blanket with the old videos, and I'm now almost done with my second and don't need to reference the videos anymore. This pattern is my favorite and I think I'll always keep coming back to it because it's so intuitive. Thank you for this, Betty!

      When something in this pattern isn’t working it’s usually bc there was a mistake, and I think I say in the video, don’t just keep going or “work around it” as you say. There is no way to fix it now without re doing it so it’s up to you if you rip it out or live with it.

      This isn’t the supernova it’s the regular star, there isn’t a next video you should be able to continue the star from here, I gave all the repeats in the video and pattern. It repeats 2-7 as long as you want and I give you all the stitch count repeats. I hope that helps :)

    Hi! Quick question. Why an even number on the peak of round 7? (4 sc) In my decades of crochet, I've never seen this. It's always an odd number so you can increase evenly in the middle stitch or, if even number, add unto the space. The math seems wrong, but it's working!🤔🤪🧶

      @@rhondalea4450 it makes the math work out, and it helps keep the work from leaning to the right which it still will do if you keep going far enough.

      @BettyMcKnit Ahhh! I thought it might be a "leaning" issue. Thank you for the quick response. 👍

    Hi, I was starting my 1st repeat round for row 4 and i only ended up with 19 going up . How can I fix the stitch count?

    • @BettyMcKnit
      @BettyMcKnit  Місяць тому

      I would suggest going back and finding the mistake in order to fix it.
