If anyone watching this 2+ years later is curious about the PSO Keyboard-Controller, I owned one back in the primary heyday of PSO Epi I & II when its online play was at its peak. Yes it worked perfectly for its intended purpose of typing messages to other players (the keyboard functioned perfectly fine, though the keys were of course a bit small). Yes it was otherwise every bit as awkward and clunky to try to hold and just play the darn game as you would think, both in terms of hands-apart distance and in terms of just plain being kinda heavy to hold for long periods.
