I used to have issues brushing on a daily basis but you’ve encouraged me to do it alot more thanks!:)
I’d only brush at night but then I found out you were also meant to do it when you wake up in the morning

I use the smallest tooth brush for braces I recommended is for braces if fits perfectly between the wire!
