Money has never made man happy, nor will it, there is nothing in its nature to produce happiness. The more of it one has the more one wants. - Benjamin Franklin 🧠💎🐢 Thanks for the videos and for sharing the knowledge.
I read Benjamin Franklin's autobiography way back in the day and it was amazing. Even as a know-it-all teenager, it opened my eyes to many key concepts including self improvement, again way before it was trendy. Benjamin was way ahead of his time in many many ways. This video was an excellent 12 minute recap of parts of that book, but if you want to dig even deeper, go read his autobiography.
In line with growing wealthy slowly...you probably heard this one before, but just in case you didn't... Eugene Fama's line : "Money is like a bar of soap...the you handle it, the less you have" ?
Love the channel, thanks for all the great content. I read in your weekly email you pay over 2000 in credit card annual fees. I’m interested in which cards you currently have if you would be willing to share. Thanks!
I actually went against saving money. I am currently 26 years old. Make 160k a year, no debt, and have 90K in all my brokerage accounts and save 70% of income. I have learned that life is short and needed to live life a little bit. I bought my dream car. A Lexus for 50k in cash. Im ready for all the hate to come my way…
I'm so thankful for this channel. There is so much value in these videos, keep up the great work Tae.
Super interesting video!! Never knew Ben Franklin was so into this type of stuff, it makes sense why he is on the $100 bill
Love this channel... real, genuine, factual knowledge 🎉

Franklin would lend an enemy a book to diffuse the person's dislike towards him. He was one of the first home-grown millionaires in the Colonies.😀
Another great video as always. This video got me interested in reading Benjamin Franklin by Walter Isaacson now.
If anyone has not read "the way to wealth" they should.

I used to spend $1000 or more a year on coffee. I don't regret it. It was delicious every time. 😋

If everyone just followed these simple rules many things would be better in this country.
So Ben Franklin invented FIRE.
Very Good..

A dollar earned and a dollar saved are not the same thing. You don't have to pay taxes on every dollar you save.
Hey Tae Kim. Sent you an Email about a proposal!
