They want office job, kasta padatha job but more salary too.. Thats y many dont get job at all.. Thats the problem.. Because most youngster dont want a job with decent salary but want job at branded company.. Appo thana gethu kaata mudiyum.. Same goes with matrimony, especially girls.. If we see today, many girls are unmarried even at the age of 35.. Because all they want is a guy with huge salary and looks like Vijay, Suriya, Ajith.. But eventually after 35 they realize and marry a below average guy.. But on the other hand, company also does not select an right person for that job.. And at most of companies, the employers will want to extract 2 jobs from one person and eventually the end result will either be bad or incomplete.. But they never appoint an second person for that job.. Aprom epidi vacancy fill aagum!! In my former firm, they had 1500 employees in total, for that we only had 4 HRs in total.. That tooo one is manager who never works and we 3 needed to take care everything like management, onboarding, exit, compliance, payroll, admin, Audit, etc, etc.. Anyways, Good video..
