International bakery fairs bring big names to China

China has long been one of the largest producers and consumers in the global bakery industry. According to consulting firm Daxue, China's baking industry is expected to be worth 350 billion yuan by 2025. Many international fairs are pitching up here as more global giants are entering the market.
